We are Sugardaddy - a four piece guitar based band from Dalkeith, Midlothian, Scotland. Together now for five or six years, the band has formed a, self-admittedly, eclectic repertoire. Cohesive in its entirety, the Sugardaddy sound is best described as a slap up Tex-Mex, a white russian and a double Jack Daniels. The band tends towards the feel-good factor end of the musical spectrum and in this respect could be said to resurrect the musical intent of past days through a brand new sound. However, Sugardaddy would not be Sugardaddy if they did not put their gleefully disobedient stamp on the music they produce. Funky, poppy and Cajun dirty, Sugardaddy have strutted their stuff on the Edinburgh gig circuit and eyewitnesses have reported that the music leaves the ladies visibly excited.

We would be interested in the Liquid Rooms gig or anywhere else nearby in the Central Belt. Would be a fantastic gig as we are all fans of the roses and have seen yourselves a few times in the past - I’m sure a large percent of our fanbase would be very excited by the prospect!
