Congratulations to glasgow band BWANA DEVIL who have been chosen as support from 15 bands who applied for the Glasgow Carling Academy show on 1st December. Click on the band name to go check out their music

Congratulations are also going out to Edinburgh band BLUE VINTAGE CITY who have secured the Edinburgh Liquid Rooms support slot on December 8th with us, again there were 15 bands who applied for that slot and once again click on the band name to go check out their music.

Just to advise, if any of you are or are planning on going to this weekends CARDIFF CALLING event then The Completes stage time has been changed to onstage time now of 2.50pm

Our good mate PETER Hooky HOOK from New Order will be on before us so get down the main stage and listen to some of the tunes he has. Some very rare and exclusive tunes in his set and all good. If any of you have not yet seen Hooky DJ then we suggest you go check him out as he knows his way about the decks and will have you all grooving. Hooky is DJing at both London and Cardiff so whichever event you’re goin to out of the two you’ll be able to catch his set.

Thank you very much to all who entered the competition, we will get another one happening soon. For all of you who can’t attend then some good news is that we are profesionally filming the bands performance at CARDIFF CALLING for a future DVD release and it will therefore be available to purchase directly from this web site later in the year.

For anyone going to the CARDIFF CALLING event on Saturday 26th August who wishes to catch our perfomance then to advise you all, we start our set at 1.50pm on the main stage so get there in time or you will be left dissapointed. This appearance is also being professionally filmed so if you dont want to be in it then dont come down the front

Also the winner of the competition, for a free pair of tickets for the events both in Cardiff and London, will be announced next Monday 21st August so if you havent already entered the competition then go do it now, it costs nothing to enter the competition we are running but it is 30 pounds per ticket so could be a nice little saver there for whoever it is that is the lucky winner
