We are delighted to announce that the charity single, a reworked cover of legendary Joy Division classic LOVE WILL TEAR US APART, which the band have been working on is now scheduled for a national release date of Monday 23rd June 2008 and as part of the promotions for the release the band have produced a music video which will be uploaded onto this site shortly.

All profits made from this release will be given directly to Cancer Research UK which, as most of you will remember, was the chosen charity for the bands benefit show in Glasgow last year which raised an incredible 17,000 UK Pounds. Universal Music Publishing who own the rights to LWTUA have also kindly agreed to redirect any royalties that they make from this version, which will be titled Love Will Tear Us Apart stonelove version, will also be given to the charity. The recording features guest performances from none other than original Joy Division and New Order bassist Peter Hook who also helped the band produce it, along with legendary Inspiral Carpets keyboardist and XFM DJ Clint Boon
